Please help me find the owner of this car

I believe it's an Eliminator. I think it has XS2 or XS4 wheels. It's the same shape as the VIPER style body that John sells and it's painted black. I think it's satin or semi-gloss. I've seen the car several times now and I just love the paint on it. I'd like too know what brand of paint was used on it and the gloss. Is it semi-gloss, satin or what? I really admire the car. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
