Don't forget that with every USPS shipping, you get a free in-transit adjustment of your wheel gaps and DFW axle!

I'll set em 4 you bro! I think I'm making the trek to Utah!

Hey Bulldog, if by some "random accident" you happen to end up with some pics of QT's car (or maybe you "accidentally" do a chemical analysis of what he's got going on with his wheels and axles) feel free to forward them to me and I'll make sure they're "disposed" of properly.

Also, try to make sure those "accidental" pictures include inside of his wheels, front and back views so we can see his cant, as well a top view to just for good measure.

Thanks and You're Welcome!

You want pictures? I can take some. As far as the prep it's the same stuff that 99% of you guys use. You just have to figure out the correct ratio of everything. (Red Rocket, Jig, and DD4H oil)

Thats it?!? It's just the correct ratio of stuff that DD4H is already selling? I didn't even have that on my list of speed theories. I guess I can throw my theory list away.

My list of theories why QT is so fast:
Bore resurfacer machine
Wind tunnel testing
Secret chemical that reduces the plastic to stainless friction coefficient to nearly zero
5-axis CNC that drills his axle holes with more precision than even a silver bullet can do
Secret axle coating like TiN, Kashima, or DLC
Unique axle cant angle that nobody else has figured out.

Seriously though, that's kind of a relief and inspiring to hear. It makes speed seem attainable and even likely with enough practice and experimenting. Thanks for sharing the "secrets"!

I just bought a hidden camera. and this http://www.azom.com/equipment-details.aspx?EquipID=3443

I'm thinking about buying these gadgets before the race.

BINGO! /images/boards/smilies/thumb.gif Great advice Joel. First use what's proven, then branch out with experimental preps, if you choose.

Hey Bulldog, just to give you a heads up, the new race site is just a few miles from a theme park. Might be a fun after race activity for the smaller Bulldogs.

It would be my recommendation NOT to bring your kids to the race. It's at Skippy's house and I'm not sure there will be anything much for kids to do after they get bored. A 7-8 hour race in a basement is boring for kids and some adults.

Good point! Well Bulldog, I guess you could always hit up lagoon alone. Hahaha.

Y'all mentioned Lagoon. I love that place!

If your family wants to have some fun while you are at the races both Lagoon and Station Park are real close. There is also a Hampton Inn that just opened this year in Farmington as well for those who may be looking into attending live races. There are also many more hotels in surrounding towns not far from here.

Great shots of the guys working... or were you just trying to showcase your car on the staging area? /images/boards/smilies/smile.gif
