So I am getting ready to send in my cars for the first time ever. When I filled out the registration form on the site it went through, but does it email me or anything else? or do I just hope it went through and send the cars in?

There will not be a confirmation from the NPWDRL site when you register. Normally John will post a thread of the racers and cars that are registered. If you don't see your car listed in that thread when John posts it, you can shoot him and email or PM.
