Is the DD4H wheel prep a good method to use on eliminator Razer wheels? I have a set of Jewkes and was wondering the best method of wheel prep to follow.

Thanks!
Sam

It's a great prep for the razor wheels. My biggest issue is I can't get the speed out of the non-acrylic wheels. I ran my car Rancid with acrylic and finished 5th, next race, same prep and tune with non-acrylic wheels finished 15th. I know they can be fast because some top racers use them, but I haven't figured them out yet??

New wheels for ELIM and UNLM are changing these classes to a huge degree.
I had an ELIM that placed 4th a couple of races ago and an UNL that was first or second in a series of races.
Both of these cars had better times in the May race, but were still beaten by almost 10 other cars.
The Jewkes Elim and/or UNL wheels will put you at may 20th place at best. They are simply obsolete.
Even the previous DD4H older 84 Elim wheels are no longer competitive.
The newer wheels from DD4H, QT and GoatBoy are a must if you want to stay in the game, but they are very expensive and require a great deal of preparation.

THAT'S THE NAME OF THE GAME. These two classes are now very expensive to be competitive.
If budget is a given, best go BASX, SS or SP.

Hmm... with the high cost of wheels for the eliminator class, I agree that to go for the win, you'll always have to have the latest wheels. But those of us that want to try this class out for the first time, and don't want to or can't keep buying the latest wheels, an alternative less expensive wheel option would be nice. That is why I asked about the prep process on the Jewkes wheels. I may not win any races but with the right prep process I don't see why my car can't at least be competitive.

Thanks for the info!
