So, it's been a week since the race and the tracking on my return from MA shows that the package hasn't shipped yet.

It's my first time proxy racing, not sure what to expect...

I wasn't contacted about any problems so I'm assuming everything is fine and it just takes some time to get all those cars packed and shipped back to their owners.

Is it normal that the car hasn't shipped yet, or should I try to contact someone?

For normal league racing John usually has them sent back pretty quickly. For MA's there are a lot of cars and a lot of prizes to pack with them so it may take longer to get them going

I messaged Greg a few days ago about another topic and he said his main priority is getting all the cars shipped back. I believe they had ~400 MA cars. That's a pretty hefty job.

We've been working on re packing and getting them ready for shipping, like they say there are 400 plus cars to get done. We did run into quite a few problem with the boxes people shipped so some adjusting was needed to make room for bag and trophies. We haven't forgot just a big task.

Our 3 cars have not been shipped either. I was going to send Greg an email but I feel better now. Maybe Monday

Sorry guys we have so many volunteers during the event but when it comes to repackage and shipping there's only a had few of us doing it. The other days it was just me, Iceman, and air cooled helping Greg. Thanks again for your patience!!!

All boxes are done and Greg is dropping them off on Tuesday. Should all be back by this weekend. Hate to be working at the post office when he shows up. Talk about some employees going postal LOL!!!

I helped box some of the pro cars. I'm glad I did as I would have never thought it would it would be that big of a problem. My hat is off to you guys who finished it up after everyone had left. The postman has it easy....

Or the postal worker will try giving Greg a big hug for all the money in shipping he generated for them.

You'll be hard pressed to find a harder working team than what I saw out of Gregg and his crew! They never stopped and they did it with remarkable attitudes! Greatest scout race I have ever seen!

My package is showing in transit as of this afternoon! Thanks for all the hard work that everyone who volunteered at MA to make this a successful event!

Got my cars in the mail today. First off, I'm sorry for not shipping in a bigger box. /images/boards/smilies/frown.gif I didn't think we'd win any trophies! Thanks for repacking our gear in a bigger box and paying for the additional shipping.

You guys are a class act!

I have a question on the return shipping. I sent a UPS return label. They sent it back USPS. If I need to reimburse someone for that I will send them a check. I'm not sure who to ask but if anyone can lead me in the right direction I would appreciate it. These guys do enough for this race and I would hate for them to have to spend money out of their own pocket. By the way my son had a great time watching his car run and got some neat stuff shipped back to him. He was super excited even though we didn't place. Thank you to all that are involved with making this happen.
