Rule Change Requiring 4 Wheels Touching

Our troop made a last minute rule change requiring all 4 wheels to make contact with the track at all times. We built one with 1 raised wheel and wonder if there is a proven method to fill the existing hole in and re drill without starting over with a new block?

I have re-drilled the raised wheel in the past by gluing a tooth pick in the existing hole.
Let it sit overnight and then drill. You can also bend the axel of the lifted wheel so that the wheel barely touches the track. You don't want the NDFW to influence the steer.

+1 with HurriCrane! Whatever you need to do to just barley make the NDFW touch... I mean ever so slightly. I had to do the same thing a few years ago and I did it just by bending the axle and I used a junk axle not a good one. Best of luck to you.

As long as the rules aren't changed such that they require "All four wheels must make flat contact with the track" or "...this implies... therefore you must..." /images/boards/smilies/rolleyes.gif you'll be in fine shape with the above advice.
