Rules Question - Filled Bores?

Simple enough question: Does the prohibition on bushings in the BASX and SS classes apply to bores that are filled (either with foreign material, or with actual wheel shavings) and then re-drilled/reamed? Turning a few ideas over in my head, so I thought I'd ask for clarification on this point before I went too far down a mental rabbithole.

Teflon and Delrin are the most popular..

A good interference fit would suffice. I believe John uses a similar method for the Eliminator wheels.

Depended on the method I had to use to polish the bore. If I had to use a method like the q-tip stem method like in my BSA wheel material bores in the eliminator wheels I would use epoxy... If the method wasn't quite as brutal I would just use a press fit like with Delrin and Teflon.... but you have to be careful how much press fit you use because the bore size shrinks with more press fit.
