Scouts Car Painted today

Well 2days before I went to the Hospital I had another Scout needing help to get his car done.... He worked on cutting and sanding on his car for a couple of hours... I was admitted to the hospital and his car sat for 2 days... So today when I came home I snet a text to the scouts mom and told her I was home and when she could bring him over to bring him... She was not to keen as she wanted me to get rest... LOL.. The Scout was excited I was out of the Hospital and he knew we would be getting his car done....

Well he is here now we are in between clear coats and this is his car .... on the drying rack... What a cool desing he had and his hard work shows he is willing to do what ever it takes.. I am so proud of all 4 Scouts and the cars they built....

I will get pics of the boys and their cars on race day.....

The paint is Duplicolor Metallic Blue with 20 year old Silver pinstripes.

Thank You guys... I just guided the boys and they do all the hard stuff... Ok painting is the part I enjoy..well unless I use enamel then I cringe... I have decided after this car I will use Duplicolor it is fast and easy. I still have much to learn but once I master this paint I will be one Happy Camper.
