Last year I ordered a silver bullet for car alignment. I didn't order it in time and used our old method. Finished second at districts. I want to use the silver bullet to do the axle alignment this year. I am a bit unsure how to use it to drill our axle holes. Any help and pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a question in regards to using the silver bullet to get the correct angle on the rear axles...

So even if you have the perfect drilled holes, if the axles are bent even a little, won't that throw everything off? On that note, how are people getting straight axles, short of purchasing them? Our pack rules state that the axles FROM the box, must be used. I know it's an on your honor thing, but what do you do?

So don't use that tool at the scout office to straighten them? I know it sounds stupid, but will that thing mess em up?

Save your money. Do as 5kids said and get some extras, chuck them up in a drill and spin them to see how straight they are. Then pick the straightest ones. I bought one of the straighteners and it did not work well for me.
