So the rules state to use the Windows. What if your car kit doesn't come with Windows? Tape? Or do you have to get a kit with windows?

The only reason I asked was b.c the rule right below using the windshield states using the Windows and my camero kit didn't come with it

If your car did not come with windows, you will want to make some type of cover for the holes. Because the air flow inside the car will slow you down a bunch....SPIRIT.....

all the kits ive bought did not have side windows for the most part...except where the whole top of the car was like a canopy....

as such I used a thin piece of that clear note divider sheet or a clear transparency and cut out a piece that would cover up the side window "hole" and glued it in...

u do not need to try an find a kit with side windows....I think the rule was written so that you had to use the front and rear windshields....I guess its possible that if you remove both of those that air will now go straight thru the top of the car with minimal turbulence as compared to having a front windshield where now the air hits and goes over and adds to resistance a small bit...

Hobby shops carry Lexan really easy to cut to fit windows... It is clear and can be painted with certain paints.... Or do the Kinser Special with a permanent Marker.... It works well...

<-- Add side "glass" to improve the appearance and/or aerodynamics. The rule is there to tell you to use the windows (windshield, back glass, etc.) that came with the kit. Same thing for taillights, bumpers, etc. People had left those things off in the past to try and get better aero.

I used plastic from packaging (like on an RC car or a Barbie) to make the side windows on my car.

Use black spray paint on the insides of the glass to tint the windows -- that way the glass is dark, but still nice and shiny. A light coat of spray paint will let some light pass through, making it look a bit more authentic.
