Thanks everyone for your help.

My son and I both took first place for speed in our pack.

My son's car is in the middle and mine is on the left. The car on the right is the same car design he built 3 years ago. You can see how much he has improved over the years.

Fastest track time for my son was 3.142. Mine was 3.062 on a 42ft aluminum track.
