Spirit I might b taking that bend out by replacing it with another axle. Don't like that one for sure. Just playing around with the idea. I know you have tried it before will it work?

If you have a groove in the axle at the bend . If it is DD4H 92 , I am sure you do !! You can put in a vise and bend back the other way. I bend and re-bend my axles many times before I am happy and my car is happy !! By the way did you drill that axle hole straight or did you drill it at an angle. Because with that much bend I am guessing you drilled at an positive cant.....SPIRIT.....
I drilled straight with the block. I bent it to much. Thanks spirit. I will rebend it back. And yes everything use is dd4h products. I will post a another picture when new axle is installed. REALLY eyeing that (Girl scout class) HAHA. I just can not run with the big dogs YET. I can never get under the sub 3. And I know that sounds crazy but it is what is.

In some other thread, Kinser had mentioned that it's not to worry as the gouge/scratch ends up being over the groove of the axle, not making contact.
