USPS price increase?

Is everybody seeing an increase in shipping? Mine in an extra $2 each way. Bummer!!

Yes, this increase took place on January 17, 2016. It took a USPS Priority flat rate small box from $5.25 to $6.80, so I'm sure the other rates took a jump at the same time.
