My son got a body from last year's MA as we were drilling it I noticed it is warped. Is the any way to straight it or am I going to have to find a way to start over

You could try bathing it in steam until it gets pliable-ish and then clamping between two rigid surfaces to see if you could get it straight.

Of course, if you're using a drill jig, as long as the body can't move while you're drilling, the axles should theoretically still be parallel. Do the "Bracketracer" test afterwards to test.

ummmm... yeah... trash it...

even if you clamp the piece of wood into a jig, it will go back to its natural state (warped condition) and it will be all out of alignment.
