I have two tips for you that seems to work for me.
1. When you finally have your car dialed in and you want to log your weight on each wheel, do it upside down. That way when you do your next car you can add weights while its on the scale upside down! Mine are always a little different upside down. I believe the canted wheels are to blame, changes the distance they touch from the body which changes the weight.
2. To stop your car from rolling off the scales use small rubber bands, on the scale or on the tire.
