What is best way to freshen up derlin washers already on car

I have attached the derlin washers I purchased from DD4H (notched in, superglue to sanded side of washer). After some additional building I noticed some scratches on the washers and some wear on the DFW side. What sandpaper grit or polish could I use to make them smoother?
