What items would be best with these rules?

Eh, I think the part requiring axles from the box would rule out 92's....But it says the wheels must be flat so I'd cut them into razors....can't get flatter than that!

Those rules are kind of vague.

What exactly do they mean by "as provided"?

If I had to make assumptions, I would follow something like NPWDRL's Box Stock Guidelines.

If you can ask somebody for clarifications than I definitely would do that.

I would not run 92s - I think that is stretching a bit. I do not believe John sells BSA replica axles (e.g. of the same diameter), but you might call/email him directly. He may be able to help.

I would also run BASX wheels (not the BASX Pros) since they are not weight reduced, but are trued.

With aero mods and a good sound build (and oil if you can get the process understood), its an easy win. I would also suggest teflon film over the axles holes. Its not a delrin washer, but comes a close second and is no different than a sticker (although that may also be stretching a bit).
