Wheel re-prep with v2 Ice

Well it's the time of year when I have to build new cars. I have a question. I have wheels and axles that I prepped using John previous wheel prep products. What is the re-prep process I should follow using the V2 Ice Product.

After I wash the wheels? Do I just use the polish #3 and than a final coat of red rocket?

I am also working on this technique on my cars. I am still struggling with being consistent and seeing faster results. Hang in there, I know everything takes practice and time.
