I've been using a disc for cutting K-House grooves buts it's a little too wide and sloppy. I saw a paper thin diamond cutting disc. Is that what you guys use or similar?

I am also interested in hearing peoples thoughts on this. I am basically placing the axle in the axle straightening tool (you know we all have one laying around) and using a dremel work station with a cutting disk to make my K-House grooves. I am thinking of picking up a screw slot fixture. It is a bit spendy but so are the diamond cutting disk.

Thanks Boss. Looks like the one I saw here locally for about the same price. That Dremel 545 package says "Not For Use With Metal". Does it just wear down faster or could it easily crack?

That screw-slot fixture is similar to the one I made out of 4 Home Depot paint sticks. It actually worked better with a small hacksaw blade than my current Dremel disc.

Looks like Harbor Freight wins. I needed a reason to get over there and look around anyways.
