Is it better to have bad fenders or no fenders? Here is why I ask. My family is leaving for vacation tonight since the kids are all on spring break next week so I needed to send my car out in the mail today. This morning I was packing it all up but I thought I would run it on the tuning table one more time just to make sure it was what I wanted. So I picked it up off its stand and turned to head towards the table and tripped . Car went flying and bounced across the concrete floor and both the front fenders broke. So I quickly carved out two of the ugliest front fenders that you have ever seen, glued them on boxed it a shipped it. So now I am starting to think that I should of just left them off.

Not sure about ugly fenders, but it is better to have no fenders than bad fenders.

If the fenders are shaped to the wheel size, put them on. If they are build like giant sails, no. Fenders are worth .005 - .01. Depending how you make them.

I guess we will have to wait and see. I will have to make some new ones for next month and see if I get a gain. But at least I have a car on its way now for my first ever race in the NPWDRL.
