We would need to determine the time cutoffs for the 2015 season before badges could be made. What time from this past season would be equivalent to the previous sub 3?

The times will likely change since the track is not only moving to a new site but also being updated so it is entirely likely that the cutoffs would need to be revised for 2016. I think issueing 2015 badges now would be a good way to close out the 2015 season.

So, what's the new sub 3? I'm thinking to pick a time that would cover the top 60% of entries in the Fire series/MOTM?

The track will change. The times will slow down quite a bit. I let QT explain if he chooses to but, they will slow down.

The time would probably have to be determined at the first race. That is entirely up to QT though.

I think there should be a bench mark in each series to attain. Benchmarks could be posted at the end of the first race of each series. I think it would be ideal to make track mods or improvements between series so we can have comparable numbers to judge our speed losses and gains according to real race stats. When we do "race our selves" this data is very crucial.
