Just putting some feelers out there.

I've got a two lane track, without timer, that could be up for sale. Don't jump just yet.

If I were to bring this track to Mid America, 4/24/15, would anyone be interested in this, provided you are attending? It could potentially save a bunch on shipping. As mentioned, I'm just putting out some feelers for this idea. You'll have a choice of lane colors. When I get more time I'll post a pic of the colors.

I'm just checking interest on this idea. Post right here with your interest. Stay tuned for these dates; 4/6/15 and 4/20/15. It will be interesting.

NO PM'S PLEASE!!!! I WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY PM'S REGARDING THIS POST.

As mentioned, post right here, for all to see.

No one ever wants to ship /images/boards/smilies/frown.gif. Not attending MA this year but maybe in 2 years for my sons arrow of light reward

I can ship. But freight costs would be stupid, plus crating. Crating is not free. And, of course, crating costs extra when shipping. Stay tuned though.

Shoot me a price. Might be cheaper than buying it brand new from BestTrack. I have to pay shipping either way. It's exactly what I'm looking for. 2 Lane, BestTrack with no timer. I was planning on purchasing one in a couple weeks anyway. Rather get a guy here money than buy new.

I don't know if it is any cheaper buying a track from a league racer.
BUT it is more than likey a well taken care of, polished, all the edges meet perfect, etc.
You are not paying just for a track, it's all the extra work that is required to make it league worthy. Assuming GX has done all the hard work.

Check this shipping site and see if it would be any cheaper www.taylans.com promo code DD15. I have heard that the shipping is a lot cheaper.

OK so today is the 6th and I promised further information today, so here it is.

First off, below is a picture of a portion of the track, it's not set up though. What you can choose from are two of the colors shown and I will retain the other two..... We'll see how things are going in the next few days. As a heads up, I'm not getting out of racing, I'm just taking a break. I'll be back for the fire series.

The track has the joints matched, which I may need to tweak some depending on the colors chosen, to realign the track. There is a "sound" dampening material on the back side of the track. The release lever has the "Owens" mod already done, gate release is smooth.

Keep in mind there will be no timer setup for this track. The Champ timer that I have with this track is a 4 lane timer, which may be for sale, if anyone is interested. There is only one stop section for this track, I didn't have enough room for a second stop section. As mentioned previously, this is a 35 foot Best Track that has been polished, as can be seen below.

For some that have asked, I can ship it, but you are looking between $175 - $200 to ship in a crate. Crating costs more to ship, but it is a more secure way to do things. This cost will include the materials to build the crate, the labor to do so and the actual shipping cost. PM for track cost, figure in the shipping if this is how you want it delivered.

If anyone is interested, I can also deliver it to MA on the 24th, if you so desire.

So there you have it. Enjoy!!!
