2012 pack cars

Here is my sons car for this years pack race. The car with the fenders is his the blue car was one that I threw together because wee didn't know if one of the new boys was going to have a car or not, he ended up bringing one. My sons car was over all winner with a 3 run ave. of 4.55x on a 60 ft. track. the only car to beat his happened to be the blue car. Good thing that the other boy brought a car.

It surprised me that the blue car was faster it was a lead car with a thicker body.

Great looking cars ET!!!!! Congrats on the race, a 60 ft track!! I bet a lot to car didn't make it to the end. Also very cool that you brought a car for another scout.

The track wasn't that hard to set up one problem we had was a problem with the timer that took some time to get fixed. As far as cars not making it to the end there was only one car that had issues, we ran the same track last year and most people knew what to expect along with several hints and tips that I put out with the rules to help everyone out. Last year there was between 6-10 cars that didn't come close to finishing.

One thing that I forget to mention earlier was that yes my boy did do a lot of the work on his car. The only parts that he had help with were the wheels and fenders. He really wanted the fenders he just couldn't understand why he hard to run 4 fat wheels. He wanted razors and only three wheels after he went to the Jan. kick off race with me.

Looks great ET! Maybe i will have the same outcome at the council race this weekend! My Graphite car is running a 2.477 on a 32ft. Last year a 2.483 won!
