2014 Pack Car Photo (with hardware)

Sondo wanted photo's with some bling so here it is.

I plan to do a build diary and share our build experience for this year in another post. Maybe others can use that to help with their builds. Our rules this year were a lot more restricted making it more challenging to build a car that would be fast and still conform to the rules.

The car was not really that fast but it was faster than the others. 6 runs and 6 wins in the den. 6 runs and 6 wins for pack championship.

My son chose the same color scheme as a league car that we ran, Fire. It should look familiar to some as a result. In person it stands out. It is a neon orange monokote trim sheet, much brighter in person.

Congrats on the win, great car, please post the times with length and type of track, oil or graphite car, I am trying to compile a national record of the winning cars across the nation to get an idea of the top times. Thanks.

Hope to see your sons car in person at the Mid-America scouts "national" race (in person if we can make it) or compete with the best scout cars in the country via proxy. I'd encourage all the scout winners to send in their cars to the Mid-America race, it was a lot of fun last year. Greg Dawes (Xanthrum) puts on a great show and promises an upgraded online streaming video experience this year at par with our league race - sounds encouraging.
