Been working on Little Man's car for his council race. I have one body that seems to be at least. 025 faster than any other but the problem is it is unpredictable, one run it will run smooth as silk and the next it will wiggle the last 14 feet. A lttle info on the car to help.
1. All four wheels have to touch flat but ndfw touches just enough.
2. Axles do not have k grooves for adjusting.
3. It is a thin wedge with tungsten cubes.

I have wore out a few feet of tape working on the weights trying to get something to work, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

This isn't really a suggestion, but a testimony. My buddy got a predrilled car from DD4H for 4 wheels touching and there wasn't a car within a few car lengths of him.

He won so bad the year before that they changed the rules to 4 wheels touching because of him (he had a predrilled from DD4H that year). That is my suggestion /images/boards/smilies/smile.gif

I have a couple of those as well, the others are drilled similar to them but one is just alot faster.

Still getting ready, its next Saturday. I can't get the fastest car to stop wiggling.

Can you move the weight around?

Yeah, i just havnt figured out what will fix it yet. Gonna try differnt diameter wheels on the ndfw this evining, didnt know if that could affect it or not.

Should the front be opened up more since the steer is not in the axle or should i try.to keep the front and rear the same?

We never had the fronts as tight as the rears on our 4-wheel touching cars, with the DFW always the most out.
