A Good Clamp On Vice??

I was on Amazon and this was rated pretty high, anyone else have a good recommendation?

That looks about the same as the one I have. I got mine from Lowes. They're probably made at the same factory in China. I thought about going with a bigger one but it would just be in the way most of the time.

I am sure it will be able to handle anything PWD related. Most of what is required in a car build doesn't put much stress on tools.

I prefer to bolt the vise down. I use mine for other tasks besides PWD.

Just picked up this 2.5 " from HarborFreight $25 seems not to be too bad! Notice the two swivels.

I like that one a lot better than the one I have. It's far more versatile.

You know I've used it a few times and I think it was a pretty good purchase!! I"m not sure about the funky Jaws on this, probably for reloading shells or something.

I think you can flip it around and use the smooth, flat vise instead of the larger, odd looking one.
