Was looking at the new forum layout. The place where you can see who is logged on is now to the right. It shows guests (as it has done previously),but also shows "robots." What is a robot? I'm sad to say I am not as internet savvy as I should be (or as most are).

John, I've been a member of numerous forums and never lost posts during a make over. The timing seemed convenient to me as to when recent posts were cut off, but that's an issue I'll have to live with.

Glad to have this back on line! Although now I am going on vacation for two weeks and will be without a computer or internet for two weeks. Not sure how I am going to live without sniffing some pine dust for that long! Thanks for all of your hard work John! Much appreciated!

A make over??? Damn. The entire forum had to be converted. We are on an entirely new platform, new server and hosting service. This wasn't tweaking a skin. I am sorry a few posts were lost but I do recall saying that some posts would be lost from the conversion.

Ok, so avatar images need to be 50k or less in size. Apparently Chrome was blocking the pop-up message that was informing me of this fact.

I had to download the forum and turn it over to a company to convert it to work with the new platform. It took over a week for them to convert then we had some nameserver issues getting it back online. Not really a makeover rather than a rebirth.

Fellas, please please please can we avoid the arguments. I am not wanting to edit or censor. I appreciate all of you and I want you all to have a place to come and enjoy. Thank you for giving your input. I need you to focus your effort on smacking me with all the things that need to be fixed on the forum. I need to know what you want to see. There are changes in the works already but I know there is a ton to do.

Ha ha I am an ex Army Drill. I can take it as well as give it. But I am good as long as we can all be supportive of the cause and get along. It is all good brother. We are all here to race and have fun.
