Anything near Charlotte, NC

I might be late to the game here, but there is a track in the Hobbytown in Mooresville. It’s not in good shape though. I’m thinking about offering the guy that owns the place to clean and tune it a bit so I can use it.

One of these days, we should get to updating the Google Map link where all of the racers are located. Paul used to do it a while back, but stopped after he drifted away. I suspect it's a lot of work though...It's probably hard enough for the mods to keep up with the race results, videos, polls, etc., but it can not hurt to suggest...

I actually make maps for a living.

HMMM? That sounds cool! I couldn’t do it, I’d just get lost haha. Are you volunteering???
Well it would actually require forum users to add where they are from, or if I could get a spreadsheet from race organizers with participants city, no need to go to address level. Rather than a general google maps I can create a GIS based web app that even lists what track(s) are used, length, etc. Can also show was class racers tend to enter. If I have the data I can make almost any visual representation.

The word "lost" is not in my vocabulary. I might not always be where I want to be or should be, but I always know exactly where I am.

Brian, let me know. I’ll help out if I can.
