Average Traffic time add-on?

It kind of depends on who your running with. Faster cars should help some and slower cars will drag you a little. Not sure how much but I try and test mine with 2 slower cars on either side.

Solve the first one, you get the other for free!
That's why I suggest looking at your previous performances and averaging your deviations. If you were being effected before from traffic it will give you the best individual data for estimating for how you will be effected again. Even if you are using a whole new car, if the body style is consistent it should be effected the same.
