axle area broke out....

I got a little aggressive on the back weight pocket and the wood broke off where the axle goes in, toward the back weight pocket. I epoxied it back and did a roll test. Wheels still migrate out to axle heads, but just looking at the wheel installed, it looks a bit crooked. How can I check this with fenders and wheel cavity weights, etc already in place?

If the wheel migrates to the head rolling forward and backward, you should be golden.

Let me know when you get to the point when you're routing out the body and break the axle area on 4 different cars, in 1 day. That was a very frustrating day...

I used some JB weld and went ahead and raced it.(scout race) However, I had done some experimenting with the fenders, and will never know if it is right.

BTDT several times last year;

They were both fine after the repairs. But I do have to add that the repairs included filling the old holes and redrilling completely new holes.
