Guys, I have been running some 94's on my axles over the last year and have been pretty satisfied with their performance, but I noticed that most here run the 92's. The question I have is would I see some gains using the 92's over the 94's or would that be a step in the wrong direction.
Thanks!
Brian

561, All my cars run 92 grooved axles. I am satisfied with the results. I have made the finals twice and run pretty consistant times all the time. As for step in the wrong direction I would say try the 92's and see what you get. I think you might see a improvement in times how much I can't say.

You're running .094 axles? When it comes to things like this, I'm a firm believer that you have to try it to see if it works for your style of building and your preparation process. It really can change from person to person. What I do may not work for you and vice versa.

Yeah, I found success with them so I stuck with them. I just ordered some 92s from John and will have to do side by side test I guess.

If you don't try the 92's then you'll never know if they are fast or not. There may be some gains to be had. Let us know what your testing finds.

Will do. I plan on testing different degree bend on dfw anyhow, might as well try these as well.

They've been in the shop inventory for a while now. Haven't heard much feedback yet for the 94x. So far it seems most are still running 92x.
