We end up helping other scouts every year do their pinewood derby. I was wondering if there are any inexpensive axles that don't have crimp marks. I am not looking for high-end axles that give a huge advantage.
I let them use my jig to get the axels in straight for example. Just trying to focus on talking physics, friction and letting paint. IMHO it should be about having fun and learning.
