Best Track customer service

What is the general reputation of Best Tracks customer service on this forum?
We recently bought a new 42' Best Track for our pack. One of the sections of the track came damaged. I have emailed twice in the last week about the damage section of track and sent pictures and have gotten no response. Has anyone else had an experience like this? I guess I'm going to have to call. I have to say I'm disappointed.
 
When I got mine I was missing a few pieces. I callled they got me fixxed up pretty quick...
Maybe they don't like me....I called and got their VM. Lol. I'll wait a couple days and see if they return my call. I'm just concerned that we only have 30 days to file a claim on the shipping damage
 
They always answer my e-mails pretty quick. My guess is the holiday season is playing a role in their delay.

You already have dated emails and a voicemail in. You're fine on your claim being within the 30 days. They'll know when you attempted to submit your concern. You'll be fine.
