Well with the extra time between races this month you all better be ready! Trying out some new prep process and the results are looking good so far. Better bring your A game in sept.
I can't predict anything yet, but after my extreme wipeout in Eliminator the last race, I am putting some new irons into the fire and hoping to show some real improvement next time out. Shouldn't be too hard !!
After seeing your plans on your new build, I think you have a great chance to improve. I will be looking forward to seeing all of you guys showing off your new stuff.
Literally. My SS "SOFTNSLO" is no more. Right when I think I have finally got something going on in SS I perform one of the worst attemps of juggling you can imagine! Had it just fell it it would have "only" fell from about 3 ft...but by the time I was done it fell from about 8 ft onto a bare concrete floor....On a good note I can salvage the tungsten!
Onto the rest of the the day.... SP made I a great improvement (for me)...My Eliminator is faster than any of my bearing cars!! Turning times faster than it has before...
Not saying much for my bearing car.
So the day wasn't a total bust! Now I am just hoping they make the venture to Utah unscathed! I won't be able to see the races Saturday as I will be on the road but I would like to wish everyone the best of luck. I'm FIRED UP!!!!
I hear ya Fired-up after my paint disaster on Saturday I had given up on the race this weekend. But after watching some petticoat junction. I keep thinking if I an get my car in the mail maybe I could ups rush it there in time. Well see I hope to be able to watch the races whether I can make it or not. None the less Good Luck Everyone!!
Don't let a little paint hold you back from racing. You will gain a lot of info sending in your car. You will establish a starting point for your tuning. The paint can wait till next month. Hope to see your car(s) there.
