A slight deviation from PWD on a boring Friday night. Billy's a sucker for Old Skool Black & White Hot Rod pics. This is his all time fav. Found with a Google Images search. Posted it to this FB Group with a "Caption This" request.

About 30 minutes a guy posts "Hey Steve xxxxx, you recognize any of those punks" ? Steve xxxxx replied....thats me driver side front, That's Jimmy xxxxx the owner at the rear and Frank xxxxx on the passenger side that's still building Hot Rods today. 326 Hemi, 6 Duces, Torqueflight Transmission, light as a feather & scary quick. Don't know who the other guy is. Pic was taken summer 62 at the Conoco Station on xyz Street, Inkster Michigan.

What were the odds ?? BTW , Billy's Caption was "LaBamba" what's yours ?

You're just a bit before my time. My earliest memories were the moon landing, and it too was in B&W. Cars came later...w/color.

But you gotta admit thats a cool pic and to randomly find with a google search and post to to an auto group page and someone recognizes it from 1962 with names, places and date. That's one heck of a story !!
