Black Ice System Labeling issues? Help!

So, I've got "the older" three polish system, what kind of performance will the newer system have by comparison? Would I gain a hundredth or more?
I can not answer your question directly, but I know others are always trying to improve their prep process, including me. I would assume that also includes John. Everyone always wants to be faster. At some point, speed gains are going to be harder to come by. To quantify how much faster you will be with the new Black Ice system is difficult to determine. The only real answer is to try it. Most of my recent speed gains, however, have been from being evermore meticulous about what I am doing and when a process (e.g. polishing a bore) is complete. The new formula may be something that will help you improve. It is one of many PWD enigmas...
Of course, as with any PWD product, "Your results may vary", from builder to builder.....
I'm assuming that using the 3 step process is good and only a minor disadvantage. If I'm wrong, I was hoping someone would chime in and let me know...
Just my opinion, but I doubt you will find any speed difference in any of the kits John has put out. Your Speed gains are going to depend on how well you perfect the system. I've been using the original kit for over a year now. Stick with what you have & get to it!
I won't know until my cars get to Utah. They will run at Mid America on Friday, but that's not a familiar track. I doubt there is much, but if I think there is any significant difference, I will let you know. I don't think John would waste his time or money on putting it in the kit if there weren't at least something there though. Sometimes the difference is in the application and cure time. I think I let mine cure four days on top of my desktop computer fan.
But maybe now would be a good time to mention what I have done EVERY time I have had a faster than average car and what I have started doing every time. I hold my axles at arms length horizontally and turn it with my hand so I get an even coat all around. Shake off any excess right away. Then let the axle dry for 10 minutes. All that is pretty standard.
But the KEY I have found, is to get out the jeweler's loupe and check for lint which might have stuck to it when the jig was drying. If you find any, blow it off with a can of air before you install it! It's easy to forget about this part, but during that dry time lint sticks to that coat of Jig like fly paper. My guess is that a piece of lint would slow you down worse than a bore scratch when you are running oil. It is one of those elusive obvious things. If you watch the original "Oil Secrets" video John used to sell, he mentions that lint is a speed killer, but we can overlook steps in our quality control. I also melt the surface of the foam in my shipping boxes with a heat gun so those little bits don't rub off and get into the oil. If you think that's going too far, I have found little crumbs of black foam in my oil after popping wheels off for re-prep.

Well my cars have been out the door since Friday, so I'm pretty locked in. I didn't even realize there was a 4 polish system until Monday, but that's ok...
I need to get some runs going before I alter my prep method anyway....

If I catch up to Ballistic then maybe I will be able to disagree. That is not the case at this point.
It is only thousandths. Stick with what you have and you will be fine.
I was getting ready to polish some wheels this evening and I stumbled on this . . . crazy thread.
I received my Black Ice kit Monday. John, can you ID these polishes againt the jar numbers shown in this pic?
The colors are pretty good in the pic but I would deacribe them as: 1) "peach", 2) "baby s**t green", 3) "pink", 4) "hot pink".
Are these ordered right?
