block drilling help

So I've used the block to drill my axle holes. 1 thing I noticed was the DFW compared to the rear wheel. The center of my DFW is 5/32" to center. My rear is 6/32" to center. Is this normal when drilling with the block? Advise/support would.be helpful. Thanks.

Basically the DFW axle hole sits 1/32" lower than the rear axle holes.

Are you using the Silver Bullet? If so, you have the choice of how high or low you drill your holes.

One thing that comes to mind as to why the DFW axle hole is lower, the drill mark may have been missed by the 1/32" you are talking about.

Yes I'm using the silver Buller. I have a jig setup so I just mark the line where I want the axle hole to be. Haven't had to change anything. This is the first block of 3 that this hole has set differently. I was wondering if b.c the rears are cant'd would be the reason the rears are higher than the DFM which is drilled straight.

That's exactly what it is. You're using the same fence for the front and rear right? When you put the pin under the Silver Bullet it's moving the top of your wood block that much. Set your fence for the rears and then reset it for the fronts if you want different measurements.
