Hello, is there a favorite body style that seems to be more effective? Flat, hollow, wedge-like, thin like a pencil? Is there a certain weight the body should be before adding weight? Thanks for any advice!
I like the classic hourglass shape myself. Don't like the stick figures . Maybe ~120 pounds depending on height. Not happy about adding weight. But hey ... I've put on a couple pounds since marriage myself and I haven't popped out a couple babies, so who am I to complain?
