Boron Nitrate

I just got off the phone with a guy that works for an aerospace lube company alongside Krytox. He recommended using boron nitrate powder for lube on these cars. I see it in dry lubes like Liquid Wrench.
Is this a common component of dry lubes?

My understanding is that Boron NitriDe is similar to Graphite in structure, but doesn't outperform graphite except in high temperature applications. That said, my understanding is frequently wrong.
