Came in second at district :(

Well my son came in second at the district race today. Not bad. But on the first run the car ran a 3.005 on a almost new best track. Bad news is the car didnt stop on the stopping padd. Jumped off the end and folks grabbig at it trying to stop didnt help matters either, but any way. That was its fastest run.

The wreck caused the DFW to move a little. The car slowed to around 3.10 after the mishap. And ended up loosing by .002 /images/boards/smilies/frown.gif

When we got home we put the car on the tuning glass and found that it was now steering really hard to the right, about 7" on four feet. yikes

Oh well we still finished good enough to go to council , we will get it all straightened out and maybe gvie them some competition there /images/boards/smilies/smile.gif

If we could nab a top 5 finish at council , heck that would be awesome ! We finished dead last , last year at council /images/boards/smilies/frown.gif
