Older Grandson now out of Cubs could not sit still watching younger brother build a car so he wanted to build "Just one more Grandpa", then he ran off to the computer and designed the wrap "CHOMPER!" He said he got the idea for the eyes from the latest Michael Vey book.

You are close- it is the NDFW, but out of the box shiny Chinese wheel, only good for the wheel that does not turn.
