Clarifying Appropriate Wheels

I was told that the winning car at MA had the NEW Dynasty Nitro Cut and ran the wheels the regular way. That is also why you do not see the MA Nitro cut on the DD4Hire site anymore- the kind that needed to be run reversed. Just passing along information.

We ran the old style ma wheels in standard position

They don't flex too much? Do you soak them in CA glue first?

I didn't notice much more flex than other light wheels that run in standard placement... My two boys finished well in classes they each ran

I take it back. Now you can get them both.

Sorry CWT your chart is less than 12 hours old and it is already out of date. I do like and appreciate your work in this. It is defiantly helpful! It does beg the question which MA wheel to use. The New Dynasty Nitro Cut or the MA Nitro Cut-which weighs less and can seemingly be run both ways as was stated by derbychip and the dd4H site? Maybe I need to wait until the rules are posted for next year to determine that.

Yes, I did notice that, I'll do another update soon.

I am hoping John can comment on this. What is the difference now between the new Nitro and teh MA Nitro? Last time I asked the answer was they are a different cut. Factoring out price why would someone go with the Nitro at 1.3-1.5 grams over the Nitro MA at 1.1 to 1.3 grams? It appears they both retain the same BSA markings? Is there a more specific race that makes it necessary to offer both versions?

Now we need your 2 charts stickied to the top of the NPWDRL forum and maybe even the league website.
