I will make these for whoever is interested. Fits a standard drill press. I will need your table mounting slot measurements center to center. Also may require smaller clamps and its designed to mount from the opposite side of the table. Nut plate is what it is. They're very common on aircraft. It's one less part to loosen up and become a hazard (F.O.D. (Foreign object debris)).

You could drill your own mounting holes once you have the tool in hand?

You could change those mounting holes into slots to slide the mounting bolts to any width.

Hi Nick,
My instincts tell me that it might be asking too much from aluminum to remove too much material.

Perhaps D4D will be able to have holes for either style?

Just thinking aloud.

I have the same setup with the "x" configuration.

Drilling thru the table sounds ok too.

Edit: Hold on! Won't it work with an "X" configuration as is?

I purchased one of these from Down4Derby, and I love it! It makes it so easy to make repeatable drill jobs! I was super impressed with how well crafted it is. Thank you for making this available!
I got mine set up how I wanted it and drilled my new Street Stock - Snapping Monster (a clone of QT's Yellow Belly). It did pretty good and is my fastest SS yet.

Good idea but i dont know if it will work on the proxxon with out an additional fixture being made
