Is there any word on when the "Silver Bullet Lite" or whatever it is going to be called is going to come out? Heard tell of it at the end of last year, but I think it's already too late for this Derby season...

When I talked to John on the phone just before the season started, it sounded like he was still trying to choose the right machine shop to build them.

most people will see this fixture and think its just a milled chunk of aluminum with some precision holes drilled in it. it took me 4 attempts to make one that would drill axle holes perfectly and ive been cutting metal for almost 20 years. the tolerances had to be within a couple tenths on the ones i made. in machining you pay a lot more for tolerances that tight.
