DD4H - Street Stock wheel / oil question

I am putting together the pieces for a league car and I have a question about wheels. I am looking at the DD4H Dynasty Cheetah line. I see there is a 2 gram minimum for weight, so I would want the Dynasty Cheetah v.2 wheels, correct?
Also, is the Krytox GPL100 oil what most of the "fast guys" are using?

I was curious how the wheels are checked at tech in. How is this rule enforced? My local derby competitor is convinced the fast street stock guys are using lighter wheels with a "low moment of inertia," his words.

Any wheel in question is pulled after the race and weighed. The top 3 are highly scrutinized. This has been the best rule change to date in my opinion.
