I have my DD4H wheel polish kit. I have read the instructions in the kit as well as saw some additional tips/instructions especially for graphite here on the web site.

So just to clarify for graphite I should not follow directions in kit But.......

1-Use 1st step polish, for 20 revolutions in drill-slowly with q tip stalk
2-blow out/clean out with alcohol and with the special cleaning sticks
3-use 2nd step polish with the special long thin sticks/not a drill
4-Do not blow out 2nd step polish but dump graphite in wheel bore
5-slowly with drill and q tip burnish in graphite and blow out polish and excess graphite
and do not clean out with alcohol.
Is this correct?
Thanks for any clarification on this.

I believe you want to for a step 6 (after burning for step 5) add additional graphite between finished axle and wheel bore and break in by spinning, add more graphite, break in by spinning. Make sure to rub graphite in all of the contact points (inner hub, outer hub, inner edge of any wheels that will rub the rail)

For your axles: polish, clean, then polish with pledge, then break in with graphite in the wheel bore.
