Diameter of the Dynasty Rage

I can't use a wheel smaller than 1.170" in diameter (they will measure with a caliper).

Does the Dynasty Rage drop below that?
While I'm here: is it possible to get a block that's only a 1/4" thick?

I prefer 5/16" though....

They are not that much smaller than the untouched wheel. You can still see the tread detentes on the side. I will measure mine when I get home if no one has answered you yet.
