My nephew wanted help building his derby car. He took 1st in Bear and 1st in Pack. Could not have done it without DD4H products and all the great information you guys post on this forum. Now my question We cracked a wheel on the old wooden track. I order a new set of Rage Extreme and new 93G axles. While the car is apart I have been weighing parts the body is 1.07oz, wheels .44oz and 3.44oz of tungsten. Should I shave more off the wedge body to add more tungsten before District. Thanks Craig P.S. We Are Hooked

Thin to win baby! But not too thin.

The lighter the rolling chassis the better. There are some builder on here building incredible cars that aren't to thin but weigh absolutely nothing. Some very creative ways of thinking and design. As for me I am like DD4H, "thin to win". My next SP might be that too thin area.
hmmm

I dont know about anyone else but I measure in grams its easier for me...If you are referring to just the car body...your car is approximately 30.33 grams...My new car body is at least half that.
