The Finish Line is close to about 3 foot from the bottom of the last drop.... Might catch some air here....

The track looks very cool, but you might need a seat belt like IAE mentioned. Good Luck!!!

Our pack race has one of these but we have it up on a stage going down to the floor, and the start is raised on top of 2 tables on the stage. Tried one of my pro cars and it wheelied off the hump and flew off the track. The best setup on these wooden hump tracks is straight steering instead of rail riding and a longer wheelbase. Good luck, have fun, and share some pics and feedback.

Thanks for the heads up ... we didn't have the rules when we built his car so he had it to the normal wheel base as instructed.. Hoping to tune a little wiggle out of his car.. Kinser posted about keeping the wheels clean which we forgot about.. Might be part of it... Standard wheel base cars how did they do??
He has 20 cubes all in the rear wondering how the not so fast cars do on this track .. Any help is appreciated on this one ..

Mxquad & Kinser-

Thank you for your input it is very valuable and I will get my son to working on the com... we are not able to extend the wheelbase without making a new car or drilling the rear holes to 3* at this time. I will find out if they will be in charge of the district race next year.. If so I will have my son complete a better car to the correct rules..

This track is really all ramp and not much flat. Almost NO time to the finish advantage with changes of COG, so COG should be for most stable car. Dead center and 3 wheeler, Assuming jump circle is a 12 ft. diameter I estimated the track sections.

Hi Papa V,

That track looks pretty cool.

If possible please post a video of it in action.

Be sure to bring some Hotwheels.

You can have an Evel Knievel competition after the race.
