If attached with super glue, do you see any problem removing them carefully and reusing them at some future point? Or is the plastic pretty delicate? Just curious.
I wraped the body and sides with Monokote. Very easy to remove. It pulls off the Mono underneath, but that can be easily sanded off. Done it several times, both with wood fenders and the new ones from DD4H.
To expand on the new plastic fenders from DD4H. They come in a set of 4, all the same size. You can get small front pine fenders and larger rear pine fenders. My question is has any one tried the small front pine fenders for all 4 wheels? Would this fender setup be competitive? If 4 small plastic fenders are competitive, why wouldn’t 4 small pine fenders be competitive?
Length doesn't seem to affect speed for me, only overall size (sticking out past wheel, too tall, etc..).... Four small fenders works just as well.... some people just prefer the look of longer rear fenders.
